Having grown up rafting the rivers of Idaho, Jerry became concerned on protecting these pristine landscapes from an early age. After spending his time in Zambia as a Peace Corps volunteer, Jerry decided to take a more active role in protecting and preserving nature. Jerry’s first experience with the Alliance was when he did an internship during grad school. This led to him attending DC days and spending a summer as an outreach coordinator. Jerry is in his first term.
