WAYS TO STAY ENGAGED
We hope you are doing well and staying safe. As we adapt to life during COVID-19, we’ve had to make some difficult decisions, like canceling events that would have raised awareness and funds for our work. But just because we’re all following the stay at home order, doesn’t mean our work as Idaho’s nuclear watchdog and clean energy champion will stop. It simply means we must come together in fun and creative ways online so we’re doing the following things to stay engaged with our supporters.
To start, if you are an annual donor to the Alliance it is time to renew your membership! You can easily renew your support online. The donation process is easy and secure. It’s your support that allows us to continue our work to keep Idaho free from the threat of nuclear waste while creating healthy, strong, and prosperous communities that rely on clean and renewable energy.
We’re participating in Idaho Gives, a program designed to bring the state together to raise money and awareness for Idaho’s nonprofits. This year, Idaho Gives runs from April 23 – May 7. There are many ways you can support Snake River Alliance through Idaho Gives. Click here to learn more!
5 Challenges: 5 Winners
We’re also challenging our supporters to a friendly, social media-based competition! Starting April 15 through May 7, post a photo or video on Instagram and/or Facebook that reflects the challenge’s theme. Participants who submit original content will have a chance to win prizes! To enter, use the hashtags paired with the challenge and be sure to tag @snakeriveralliance in your post!
