The Sun is HOT – and so is Solarize the Valley!

Idaho Power recently hooked up its 1,000th net meter, a special meter that tracks power in and power out and is used for customers who are generating their own power. As luck would have it, this landmark 1,000th installation was for a Boise home that was solarized through the Snake River Alliance’s Solarize the Valley campaign.  Solarize the Valley rooftop solar systems have been installed by AltEnergy on 11 homes in the Treasure Valley, and six more systems are scheduled for installation.
