Don’t Waste Idaho Petition Delivery @ Idaho State Capitol
Oct 11 @ 1:15 pm – 2:00 pm

Please join us at the Statehouse in Boise as we deliver the petitions to Attorney General Lawrence Wasden.

You and 3000 other concerned people have signed the petition asking the Attorney General to oppose shipments of nuclear waste from Hanford, WA.

It’s time to show the AG how much support there is for the 1995 Nuclear Settlement Agreement that tightly restricts shipment of nuclear waste to Idaho.

Treefort Music Festival
Mar 22 all-day

Treefort LogoSnake River Alliance has been invited to have an info booth at the Treefort Music Festival in Boise this year!

We will be celebrating our recent big win – stopping Department of Energy’s (DOE) plan to ship nuclear waste through our communities for treatment at Idaho National Lab (INL). You can also learn about DOE’s collaboration with private companies to build nuclear reactors in Idaho at INL, why it makes no sense and how we will fight it.

We want to share our work with new faces and to see our longtime friends too so please stop by between 12-8pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and see what you can do to help protect Idaho and our water from nuclear waste.

Although we have already filled our table with eager helpers, there may still be opportunities to volunteer with the Treefort Green Team. Contact Bri Moore at bri@treefortmusicfest.com to learn more.
