Alliance board member John Weber will highlight the sustainable features of his energy efficient and solar-powered home during a brief tour (read more about his house here), followed by a detailed solar oven cooking class taught by Alliance member Jim Cain.

Solar oven-cooked snacks and iced sun tea will be provided!
